Our Impact in Action

Our Inaugural Community Workshop

On June 20, 2026, Avantigaye KASA Company launched our first community empowerment workshop series to deliver accessible financial literacy tools and debt management education.

Thanks to our incredible participants and neighborhood supporters, over 50 participants attended our age-tailored breakout groups, and the inaugural event successfully raised $1,000 to fund upcoming outreach initiatives. During the event, attendees participated in a variety of educational tracks:

• Adult Sessions: Implemented core principles using "Spending Plan Vocabulary and Setting Financial Goals."

• Teen Literacy: Empowered youth with essential concepts in "Savings and Financial Literacy."

• Children's Interactive Math: Engaged our youngest community members with a hands-on "Counting Coins" practical activity.
